Stress is Physical, emotional or mental pressure affecting a person.
Stress is not contained in what happens to you, but it is the way you respond to what
happens to you. You can choose the way of response, and the choice is yours.

1. Worry, Anxiety, Fear, Anger, Lack of clear goals, incomplete works, Rejection,
Denial of facts, can cause stress.
2. Family environment biological makeup, individual psychological system,
competition, rules, heavy work, dishonesty, expectation, education, values etc., may also
